THE HISTORY OF FALAFEL
Falafel is a vegetarian meal, that was invented in the Middle East.
Each Country has its own way of preparing the Falafel dough. It’s deep-fried, and mainly served in Pita bread, with vegetables and tahini. Falafel is now considered a national dish in many Countries, and every Country preserves its own, different, Falafel recipe.
A HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS MEAL
Our Falafel is entirely vegetarian, made with selected ingredients, mainly chickpeas. Chickpeas offer lots of protein, carbohydrates and fibres, while containing no cholesterol. The main nutrients are:

- pantothenic acid
- vitamin B
